Pilates Fusion
Every Wednesday, noon-1pm in CSM

Work your core. Balls provided, but please bring a mat.
Yoga at 3500
Thursdays, 11–11:45am
Come work it out. All levels, all welcome, all free. Just bring a mat and dress comfortably.
Tae Bo® Fitness
Saturdays from 11am-noon
Free class with a certified instructor. Mixes cardio and strength training. Wear gym shoes and bring water.
Family Sing-Along/Story Time at 3500
Tuesdays from 10:30-11:30am
For kids and parents: come for a story under the tree, and stay for a few runs down the slide.
Knitting Classes
Second and fourth Saturdays from 10am-noon.
Beginning and experienced knitters are invited to come and learn new skills. Materials provided for beginning knitters. Classes will take place in the Atrium near the Auditorium.
Child Birth Class
Saturday, March 13, from 9am-4pm
Join other expectant families and learn everything you need to know about the child birth process from a certified instructor. Please register by email before March 11.

First Friday of the month from 7-10pm
Watch a movie in the Auditorium and engage in lively discussion on its spiritual and philosophical messages. 18 and up.
